Is it me or does my site keep going in and out? Grrrrrness. It’s getting very frustrating because every time I want to go blog, it’s down or not working. Maybe it’s just me, who knows!

When I first heard about blog-for-profit companies, I was very hesitant because I’ve heard about all of those get paid easy companies that are nothing but a scam! After seeing some of my friends sign up and making some money, I was excited to try it out. So I did. Actually, this is my second blog with PayPerPost and I cannot begin to explain how happy with them. Who thought making money by blogging could be so easy?

So far, I’ve made $72.50 and will be paid another $162.50 in the next thirty days. That is a great amount since I haven’t been blogging every day so I can only imagine if I were to take three blogs a day at both of my sites. My earnings would be way more! I am saving my money to pay my monthly bills and save for a laptop. I hope to have raised at least $500 by the middle of August so I can get a laptop during the back-to-school sales. With PPP, this goal is very attainable.

Another great thing about PayPerPost is the boards and the people on the boards. The PPP Boards are a great way to discuss things such as blog marketing, blog design, and even a place to join blogrolls to gain loads more visitors to your site and up your ranking. The people are so nice and always willing to help you out! It’s a great community to be a member of.

Okay I have yet another idea of something to add to this site. What about recipes and recipe reviews? As in, how hard the recipe was, how expensive the ingredients, how it tasted, etc. Does that sound like a good idea? I love to cook and enjoy it a lot so I wanted to put some of my recipes that I’ve been trying lately somewhere so that others could try some easy but great-tasting meals!

Before my recent relationship ended, I very much wanted to go on a nice vacation. I am really looking forward to a planned trip to Savannah, Georgia or somewhere like that. Our original family vacation was going to be to Gulf Shores, Alabama but we have decided to wait until next summer. In the fall or winter, we’ll be going to the mountains so that leaves us for a little time in late July to find a place to go for our family vacation. My mom and I are voting on Savannah and even if the whole family doesn’t go, we will.

Savannah is a beautiful place and the main reasons I want to go is because of all the historic homes and then there is Paula Deen. I am over excited about going to the Lady and Sons and I really hope she will be doing one of her parties so we can be there when she tapes it. Paula is one of my cooking idols and how can you not love a Southern woman that reminds you of your mother and was the first one to be bleeped on Food Network Television!? She is awesome.

We’ve been looking online for some hotels or places to stay in or around Savannah and we are definitely looking for some nice cheap hotels because who doesn’t love saving some money? We’ve been looking at HotelReservations and let me tell you, these people know how to save you some money! They have Hotel Discounts for just about every destination you can think of. Heck, they even have hotel discounts in my own town which to stay in the nicest hotel in town is about $150-200 per night but HotelReservations can get you in there for under $150 which is amazing considering we’ve tried to pull all our family ties to stay there one night since it is beautiful and the view of Broad Street at night is stellar.

Yesterday, I had the greatest discovery of all. Lane Bryant had their panties on for 5 for $25 which is a killer deal. If you are a bigger girl (like myself!) and had a hard time finding panties that fit because they are either fitting in one place and big in the other, you should check out LB. The coupons I’m really excited about are from Circuit City and Wal-Mart since I use the both a lot. Most of my computer stuff including software comes from Circuit City and we shop for a lot of stuff at Wal-Mart as well, especially DVD’s and CD’s. For some reason, I have been listening to a lot of different music lately. I used to be hellbent on country music since that is what people I hung around preferred but in my own privacy, I am a rock-lover! So my newest addiction, Bon Jovi. Yes, I loved Bon Jovi back when I was knee high to a grasshopper and now I’ve fallen in love with him all over again. My fave song by him? Blazes of Glory! That is such a great song! Now, it only makes me wish that I still had my jean jacket with the Bon Jovi pin on it. . Good time, good times.
